    The Arroyos® provides comprehensive coordinated care in six integrated practice areas. We invite you to explore these six areas to find the services that best suit your needs: Personal Therapy Services include psychological, psychiatric, neuropsychological, and testing services. Group Therapy Services include specialized groups and complete day treatment programs. Transitional Living Services include transitional living housing with meals and 24 hour live-in resident managers. Hospital Services include Level of Care Evaluations, psychiatric hospitalization, chemical dependency detox, and psychological management of medical/surgical hospital care. Companion Services include one-on-one personal companions, life coaches, social reintegration, as well as local, national, and international transportation services. Psycholegal Services include specialized psychological services addressing civil and criminal legal matters including alternative sentencing.

        The Arroyos Park Vista is a transitional living facility located in beautiful Pasadena, California. Specifically designed for residents who are recovering from a primary psychiatric or psychological conditions, Park Vista provides a secure, structured, and comfortable environment from which we can assist and inspire our residents to progress to independent living at their own pace. While residents may or may not also be recovering from a co-occurring substance use disorder, Park Vista is not an environment for residents who are recovering from a substance use disorder in the absence of a co-occurring psychiatric or psychological condition.
      • 03 Jun Thought Broadcasting and Dual Diagnosis Patients
        Thought Broadcasting is a psychotic symptom most common among bipolar and schizophrenic patients. Such patients have the experience that his or her thoughts are being broadcast aloud so that people around can hear the thoughts. The experience can be extremely upsetting and can be thought of as being exposed or “mentally naked.”
