Eileen Bailey at Health Guide has written an informative article that reviews research suggesting that daily exercise is an effective component in an overall treatment plan for children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).  Exercise early in the day appears to be especially helpful.  The type of activity the child engages in may be less important than the fact that they are engaging in some form of active exercise.  For more information, please click here.
