An article in Science Daily reports on the benefits of exercise as an add-on to medication with antidepressants for people suffering from depression. The exercise was based on a person-centered approach and was found to reduce depressive symptoms. Exercise took place twice a week and the people stated that they felt likely to engage in more exercise at home.
