The Administrative Staff in our Business Office is here to help you with all aspects of managing your payment and financial arrangements with us. While we are an out-of-network provider, we do work with you to help you obtain insurance reimbursement when covered by your benefits. Unfortunately we are not Medicare or Medical providers and do not accept this type of insurance. To learn more on how to find a Medicare or Medical provider, click here.

We work with insurance in different ways depending on which Program in which you or your loved one is receiving care. To find out more information about our insurance policies for each of our Programs, please explore the information below:

Outpatient Treatment ProgramCompressed

All new patients in our Outpatient Treatment Program set up an account with our Business Office at the time they begin treatment. Your credit or debit card is charged at the time services are delivered and you are provided a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We discuss a variety of different payment options with you as part of the intake process for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). If you are interested in using your insurance plan, we contact your insurance company to determine what your out-of-network benefits are and what your copayment responsibilities will be. If it makes sense to use your insurance, we bill your insurance company directly for the covered part of your payment and you are responsible for the copayment amount. We accept cash payments when insurance is not an option. Unfortunately we are not Medicare or Medical providers and do not accept this type of insurance.
