A study completed at Cambridge University and reported in Science Daily showed that people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) had over-active brain activity when compared to normal individuals when completing a task as part of a psychology experiment.  The researchers concluded that people with OCD may have overactive habit systems which can predominate the individual’s life and interfere with daily functioning.  To read this article in its entirety, click here.
