Bipolar News Network reports on a promising new study that found taking vitamin B6 may reduce restless legs syndrome in people taking the atypical antipsychotic lurasidone, also known as Latuda. Lurasidone (Latuda) is one of the most effective drugs at treating bipolar depression, but some people report experiencing restless legs as a result. Lurasidone-related restless legs have typically been resistant to all standard treatments. The new study found that vitamin B6 at a dose of 600mg twice a day gave the patient complete relief.
